I help LEADERSHIP teams figure out what to build next
My best work happens at the start, when the idea is still forming and nobody's sure what the product, the brand, or the experience should be. I look at what's changing in people's lives, find the white space nobody's building for, and draw the path from where consumers are today to where they'll be in six months, or ten years.
It works whether you're a company starting from scratch or an established brand stepping into something new. It always comes down to paying close attention to the people you're building for, because that's how you take care of them.
Everybody deserves nice things, no matter what form they take, and for twelve years, the last ten inside one of America's largest consumer brands, I've made sure they get them. Whatever we're making, and whoever it's for, I go all the way in.

I get interested, then more interested, and I don't stop until I know a subject the way the people who live in it do. Give me a tight budget, a strange limit, or a deadline that feels too close, and I get a little obsessive about finding the version nobody expected.
I led Hallmark's approach to generative AI, from writing the guiding principles to training more than a thousand creatives worldwide. Adobe and Microsoft recognized the work for staying ahead of the industry, and once it had its footing, I handed it to another team, where it keeps going without me.
To me, paying close attention is what care looks like, and right now, when people are hesitant to trust, it's how a brand becomes one they can rely on.
Lets run together.
